it's all there in how to go about calling a meeting etc. etc.
Thought ya would have got that far instead of dilly dallying with an AGM. To which requires communication with the secretary to incorporate into the AGM your proposed alternatives i.e. a member wishing to bring business to the AGM.
Have ya got the constitution at all?
