Once VC deal is confirmed with deposit the company is significantly de-risked (resulting in large spike 15c+ IMO). This basically gives the company 12+ months FREE HIT with cannepil, CBD extraction sales, further derma and pharma sales etc.
Add to this one of Canada’s largest investment groups taking a 7% stake in mgc (maximum is 8%) and I’d suggest if you’re not on board the train now buy your ticket....you have days and we are leaving this station (10-12c) for good!
