I didn't post anything regarding my research into the deals inked by MXC as I still had a fairly large long position in this company. But since I got rid of it everything by this morning, I'll share my findings with all of you.

Varm Cosmo/ Cava Labs
I was quite surprised by their instagram post yesterday about the boxes. What I conclude is that they might be be rebranding products from other manufacturers considering they don't have a lab (might be wrong about this) to do product tests. That being said, the deposit might come in way later because samples from MGC Derma would be useless if they don't have a proper facility to test and formulate the samples for their CBD line. It is pretty much impossible for a cosmetic company to have a certified lab, manufacturing facility and distribution network all setup in less than a year.

Anyway, I did actually find 2 of Varm Cosmo staff listed on their website (http://www.varmcosmo.com/about-1/) from JY Hwang's instagram following list, Wonsang Lee and Wonha Lee.
