I actually bought 115,000 options at $.435 over two days.

I also have 500,000 shares in NMS.

I decided to buy options this time around because I could buy more stock with my $50,000. If NMS gets to $4.20 and the options to $4.00 I make $130,000 more profit on the options then buying the NMS shares. If I decide to convert the options at $0-20 cents each costing me $23,000 I still make $100,000 profit (before tax).
