    And knowing all that hard work and the assured growth to come from it, the ONLY reason I can see the Board accepting this level of offer is because they are ultimately to be looked after better by the assailant than shareholders are! (in my opinion only)

    Unless the Board are supremely confident of this offer being bettered....

    The latter would be exciting, the former reprehensible!
