i think we'll get a decision between the 14/2 - 21/2. It seems to make sense in view of the options being offered to Paul Moore. 12c minimum price(or 150% of VWAP over 5 days @ 26/2) = if bhp say no ,sp = 8c ?(@150% premium). It wouldnt be fair to Paul to make VWAP at the exact decison time for BHP because if they say yes the sp will probably run too high initially then drop back. It also wouldnt be fair to shareholders to allow the options to go thru b4 the bhp decision especially if the seismic is looking as good as we are told.S/holders would be jumping up and down saying insider trading ?
If this scenario is likely then vol should start increasing over this week into next ?
