I very much agree with your statement "don't always take the market depth as an indication of market sentiment", as I'm sure there are alot of off-screen buyers and sellers.
i.e. those who are buying or selling at current prices, but not giving themselves away with bids in the buy/sell queue. I know some of the accumulators to any stock would very much consider this strategy.
Long-term buy at these levels for me, very much so. The bottom should be very close, possibly even now, I've invested in CCC for the fundamentals, specifically those which will come heavily into play in the next 2 years and if this occurs successfully, the share price should be significantly higher than the penny-stock levels.
