that's always been the way and therefore only attractive to some one buying the shell of company to continue in the same line (which ultimately does make sense looking at current assets and IP rights)
Let's see if the board can move on and get away from this tantrum and actually do what they are supposed to do:
Find a relevant market for products
Develop producta - or find synergistic ways of doing so
Adjust products to suit market needs
Most of all: put your thinking cap on and move FORWARD
The least one can expect for those salaries !
