The announcement to me showed some frustration from Tyrians side regarding the whole Bayer deal.

As ladyluck posted in the conversation she had with Jenny, Bayer were wanting more than Tyrian was willing to fund with their meager budget.

The business I'm in, we deal with multiple big clients all the time. Clients have a way of forgeting about little things like money once contracts are signed and they usually want more than they paid or signed up for. Sometimes you need to remind clients of what they actually paid for.

Balls firmly in Bayers court at present, if they are pushing Tyrian hard then they believe in the product. Tyrian has said enough or in the words of Jerry Macquire "show me the money"
