sounds to me like TDX is terminating the agreement not Bayer
so TDX may be liable for terminating the contracts (nothing on any of the Bayer sites) as well as suppliers
Employee terminations will have to be paid for in any circumstance - but unlikely to amount to 1.6 mill
Need to keep an eye out for all Q reports to see how much Jenny is taking the company for - esp. now that there is NO immediate future for it
Somehow read this ann more like a temper tantrum than an actual ASX release with substance and plan.
There is still cash left over - the company shell - IP rights - and the TB platform seems highly saleable to me!
We can always pool and get some more cheap at 0.1 and force a meeting to dictate re-direction; just a thought
