    About 5% lime for 7 million tonnes of PASS might need more than a sprinkle
    and then you have to mix it
    and then you have to test it

    PASS is toxic enough that it requires special EPA identification and disposal
    and that's why SPARK had a seperate tender for PASS

    Even you should be able to understand that
