AusCann has twice as many shares so each one is worth roughly half, assuming they're roughly of equal value given neither have made any money yet. A small number of shares means holders tend to hold a bit better (lower "liquidity")than ones like MXC, with 10x the number of shares. When people start selling and the price drops, others jump in and sell too, a chain reaction. AC8, CAN and THC have small registries so while they may drop 34%, they're still bags above their IPOs of 20c in their first year.
