Depends what other announcements come out in that time. Based on past SP performance on AC8 if there is a lack of positive announcements then I expect the SP to continue dropping.
AC8 was actually granted a manufacturing licence on the 9th of August. After this announcement the SP continued to rise for a few days to 63c on 15th August which was a 38% increase on the closing price of AC8 prior to the announcement.
Then due to a lack of news/ announcements the SP actually started to drop and got to 38c on the 27th of October which was a -16% drop in the SP then before the announcement of the manufacturing licence. Strange I know but this is how it has played out in the past.
Since then we have had a succession of positive announcements including:
- Medicinal Cannabis Legislation Amendment
- Chilean Cultivation Licence Secured for Second Crop
- 2017 AGM Presentation
- Final Operational Licence Now in Place
- AusCann Plants Second Crop in Chile
- Federal Government to Allow Cannabis Export
which brings us to where we are today with the share price of AC8.
If we continue to get positive announcements on a regular basis we should be able to maintain or continue to see the SP climbing up, otherwise it may well follow past behavior and start dropping.
