    Hi fellow MLT shareholders. I have done some calculations and estimate the NTA at February 28 2010 will be $17.72. This figure takes into consideration the payment of the dividend and presumes that MLT has outperformed the overall market in February. Looking forward to the announcement to see how MLT has performed.
