It was a fluke that I spotted that one, (had not looked at your picks before hand). This is my whole point though, the computer may well say that a stock is eligible for the competition, but we all know that computers are not always right.
If an entry is ruled invalid, no one should get a second, pick, they've all had a month to get sorted with their selections. I think it is up to the individual to check that their entry is a valid one. Going to be around 40 disgruntled tipsters. Personally I'd say this month will be the last one, the computer obviously can't control the picks, nor can all the HC members.
This is why all entries that are invalid should be removed before the start, there will be a lot of whinging using the same logic as you did, "It was an available selection, so i picked it."
Can't believe that the TRUE winner of the January comp. has not been recognised.
