    Not sure that ATSIC could care about our little gem. Perhaps ASIC may be more interested. The way Paul has been raising funds it is almost a company dealing with its own shares to continue trading whislt insolvent. This latest dawdown should at least pay for the tea and scones for the Sri Lankan delegation- should they actually turn up at the "imminent" meting.
