MANAGEMENT CHANGES
The Directors of TZ Limited are pleased to announce that Chris Kelleher
has rejoined the Company in a full time capacity and will join Andrew
Sigalla in an executive management role with the Company in Chicago.
David Feber has resigned as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s
US subsidiary, Telezygology Inc, and will continue as a consultant,
performing consultancy services directly to the Board of Directors.
Following these changes in management, and in particular having Chris
Kelliher back full time, the Directors now feel that the Company is well
placed to progress its business plans as efficiently as possible. The cost
savings of this and other recent management changes should reduce the
overall monthly expenses by $400,000 per month. These reduced costs
will be reflected in the next update of the Company's economic model to
be presented to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on
27 November 2008.
