Thanks for the info redux, I tried POK recently but no reply yet.

How many 30 day public comment periods do they need.??
We just had one, and the outcome was they would address the issues. Also as an ongoing thing anyone can object.

I hope that after this 2nd 30 day period (not to mention the interim period) that any approvals will be binding and no further objections will be entertained.

Not just Australia that is hamstrung by bureaucracy.
