"Funding

We are pleased to report that Potash Minerals has completed two capital raisings during the year; the second tranche of a $5.8 million out of a $9.5 million raising was completed in July 2011 following shareholder approval and a $5.3 Million placement to sophisticated investors was completed in January 2012 to provide funds to progress negotiations with the BLM whilst also funding the completion of the State Lease drilling campaign and advancing the process of reporting a maiden resource.

Milestones for the NEXT year include securing the federal prospecting approval to drill four exploration holes on federal land and defining our maiden JORC potash resource."
