In Redux's prior post BLM have said mid October for EA and DR may come as early as mid Dec. i think the timing is a little dissapointing as we were expecting it a month or so ago but i think the positive outcome as opposed to timing is the key thing.

So taking the 'glass half full' approach i am a little more comfortable about the BLM's unofficial comments...Guessing that's why price is not falling back to 27/28 cents...
