The ACTUAL Resources Minister (Madeleine King) who was the Federal JA at the time ( or soon to be) having said in handwritten notes in a meeting wth Zali Steggall, that if a decision were to take longer than 18 months, that it would be UNFAIR!!!!! Thus giving CONFIDENCE that the options would be a good call based ON HER OWN WORDS.
How else would any right-minded person read that? I'll tell you how you would read it, you would read it in the exact same way that you would read Albo's promises that this time PEP-11 would be made in accordance with the LAW!!!!!!!!!! Which ALSO gave confidence in the options.
