I hope and doubt Judge Jackson is going to agree to a further delay.
The thing that bugs me the most is that by now the Government knows if they are actually going to submit their case on the 14th. I am of the opinion that it would be very unlikely that they submit any documentation around their defence due to the fact that they will not want to bring to light the massive level of dodginess going on.
That being the case stop wasting tax payer money and advise the court they will not be going ahead and start the 45 days to the decision asap. There is no more reason for the delay. This government is cooked according to the polls and more importantly due to a term of woke policies at a time where coming out of covid we needed stringent and disciplined financial management.
