I agree. I don't believe there is any potential justification. Hiding behind NSW simply won't cut it.
I have two things to say about MK:-
1. She is a lawyer herself, she knew she was conflicted from the day of her swearing in, why did she wait until April 2024 to recuse herself?
2. If you look closely at the letter she sent to Husic asking him to take on PEP11 decision making, the date "stamp" is 4/4/24, and the font doesn't match the letter, but the PDS ref is prefixed MS23 indicating the letter was originally prepared in 2023. Make of that what you will.
