Im not sure if i should continue my conversation with U!.....
(NOTE to ease peoples minds - I use the term TRIAL date in lieu of HEARING DATE - just to make it easier to ref what I am talking about)
Anyways.... the 21st August 2024 was a Consent Order. - both parties agreed NOT to have a trial date. Previously the justice included a trial date of 15th March 2022. There is NO reason - especially seeing this time it is a much more simpler application based on requesting a 'limited time frame' to make a decision - NOT to include a trial date again.
I dont wanna go round in circles here... but it was a CONSENT ORDER...... IF i were in Asset's shoes - I would have demanded that the Justice include a Trial date even if it was pushed out to 15 March 2025!!!!!! - like last time.
SoOoo... the moral of this story is - We await the events on 14th October - or sooner!!!
