Great discussion guys....I wasn't aware of the lack of setting of the hearing date at the same time as the court case was entered into, so a lack of any hearing date this time round does bode well for some type of resolution prior to the 14th Oct.

For the Government it becomes pick your poison. Go to court and risk airing all your dirty secrets through this saga, which could be quite scandalous based on the lengths they have gone to to delay the project, or approve it and piss off Santos or the other big player involved in this treachery.

Either was unless they can come in with an almighty hail mary from somewhere, PEP11 should finally get the nod.
