Go read the 10th August 2022 Court Order which set out every date - ALL DATES INCLUDING THE HEARING (TRIAL) DATE (15th March 2023). They did not worry about possibility of having to change any dates for whatever reason. IMO There was enough buffer built into the TRIAL DATE that delays could have occurred and yet the TRIAL DATE would not change -
10th August 2022 to 15th March 2023 = 7 months

Going by your previous post - it would be totally 'stooopid' for Asset to not insist on a Trial Date - cos the earliest available date would now be lost and a further delay would occur when asking for a trial date after submissions.

Anyways - like I said before - and I will add a few extra words - I am glad it is now in court infront of a REAL Justice and REAL KNOWLEDGEABLE Lawyers!!!!!
