Seems to me we should be preparing to deal with the possibility of Albo and Tanya trying to use environmental issues to delay PEP 11 if NOPTA approval is given. Following the fiasco with the gold mine at Blaney NSW the lefties are now trying to delay BEETALOO project with a fracking inquiry.
Both Albo and Tanya are lefties in inner Sydney seats that are prime Green targets in the next election. To shore up their seats they need to show their environmental credentials and beat up on gas. It would not surprise me if they do the same with PEP 11. BPH needs to have a counter attack ready.Possible submission of environmental study to NOPSEMA early should be considered.
