NSW gave up already. They banned pipelines so I'd say they're saying NO.
But PEP11 is in Federal waters so NSW is irrelevant!!
Only reason I see for NSW to even get a say is in case they approve getting cheap domestic gas to NSW.
Now we know that answer!
So Ed is the final say so and court will force him to say one way or other. Say no and it's back in court with a spotlight on all their corruption and bias!!
We'll win regardless because we won last time and we have SAME JUDGE!!
