Seriously? You of all people know how much BPH has been forked over since you've been here the entire time to witness it!
To say that BPH is changing rules for some actually negates the truth of what has happened here, which is that frigging corruption and collusion has prevailed unchecked UNTIL NOW OR VERY SHORTLY WITH THE LOOMING FED COURT CASE!!!!
