You can watch the price action to see its not accumulation but someone dumping, its not rocket science, big sell orders coming in and hitting the bid, and any little upmove on small volume is smashed by big sell orders. Trying to claim that a big sell down is accumulation is nutty, you can clearly look at the course of sales and see its someone dumping stock on market, not buyers stepping up.
