Chinese committ to net zero 2060, only 10 years behind but seeing as they are 200 years behind in emmitting that is fair. Be nice if it were quicker but the west is in no position to preach seeing as they caused climate change and got rich doing so.The other option was to pay them for damages as climate change was going to hurt them more than the nations that caused it.Offering them a catch up budget was much in our interests.
