All countries have the same question mark over what is promised and what il be achieved,
But climate change is already hurting China and like most of the world accept it needs to be fixed, Australia and until recenty the US, were outliers in attitudes due to Murdoch exploiting the fears of some to feather his own nest.
So I hope they, and all nations, stay true to their committments.
I am concerned more about Russia as they see the arctic ice melting free up ports and sea routes, oil fields thaw out but they lack the skill really to be too much of a nuisance at the moment.
But whatever China do atm we do not have any moral authority to lecture them.
