fed grant news - june?

Applications close April 15 and the website says:
"We expect grant offers to be made mid year, and while we can not be precise about dates, this would imply financial closure by the end of the third quarter of 2009."
Meanwhile the grant scheme was launched from CNM's Fremantle base, WA funding was given the same day and 3 states and one military institution have flagged their interest in having project sites installed on their territory.
It all sounds pretty stable to me and almost inevitable that CNM will get a hefty grant within the next 8 to ten weeks.
But that's a long time on the stock market...
I'd appreciate people's thoughts (and rationales) on whether the price is likely to go up or down, whether any other news (I guess there's Binningup?) is likely to be announced etc.
