Bomber, I read a good article on this on CBS........just looked for you but can't find it. From what I recall there are two pieces of legislation regarding this and they contradict each other. I think one relates to all companies and the other only relates to the blue chips.........the gist of the article was that confusion reigns amongst the companies as to what to do.......the next week will be interesting! I'll post the article if I find it again.
