Banks have to have their assets confirmed by way of vigouras and time consuming audit ,to confirm that their assets actually exist ,as reported on their balance sheets.
Here we have an entity reporting that it holds billions of assets,gold,but never has it independently audited by one of the big international accounting firms.
Room for serious fraud here...simply not accountable by any reasonable standard.
