Eventually, no matter what the stimulus package may be, markets revert to true value.
I think the massive runs of recent times were getting exhausted anyway, overvalued stocks on cheap fizzy finance. Stocks had been valued on their potential more than ever, rather than their realised actual value.
Coronavirus just egged it all on. I think things may go further south, there isn't much factoring in going on for lost income. United Airlines are resting alot of pilots flying to Asia, large corporate and sporting events are being cancelled, countries are limiting large gatherings. It might take time to truly come out in the wash, but any massive rebound will be based on FOMO and definitely not on fundamentals.
EXR is a penny stock still, and very hard to match to all of this other than its underlying gas reserves. The team will chip away and when our real value is uncovered by the market, then we will see the action.
