unfortunately rate cuts are not going to the home mortgage markets - something has to be done about this and pronto!

So far the only beneficiaries of teh cuts have been the banks who have been able to increase their margins and I suppose try and make up some of their losses at the table.

Here in OZ we're simply providing a nice cushy nest for all those greenbacks at 7.25% and the rest....
