I wish I knew the answer to your question.

I suspect, but do not know, that everything is still not well in CQU as the obligatory quarterly report was delivered at the last moment and contained the minimum amount of information required.

If the company were to be put in receivership, at least the shareholders would be all treated equally, right now we don't know.

I will lodge a complaint with ASIC as to the time CQU has not been listed, but as ASIC are the worst, most petty, and least responsible of all of the Australian Government Departments, its probably not worth the paper its written on.
