fed-up with this share?

Have been holding this share(IBA) from the time it is floated. It's look so promising and winning one contracts
after another in different regions. And yet, the shares
are going down each day instead of going up. My other shares, when they secure contracs in million $$$$$, they
went up. With ISF, am pretty P''s off. To hold or not
