Depends on the way they classify it. Sounds like designed for electrolysis, but if we can sure the case for emissions based classifications we would have shot. Needs advocacy while the govt sports out the fine print.
Graphite should also be a winner.
They also have clean liquids category which seems focussed on clean diesel.
