From the ARENA web site:
"In the May 2024 Federal Budget, the Australian Government announced a $2 billion investment in Round 2 of the Hydrogen Headstart program. Hydrogen Headstart Round 2 will be delivered by ARENA."
ARENA have already funded Hazer, so hopefully they will have an inside running for more dosh!
Such dosh should be splashed on a carbon negative industrial scale biogas fed plant at Australia's biggest poo farm - wherever that is. Hazer will have to go direct equity or JV, but maybe with Government $.
