Hence money provided only for Hydrogen from electrolysis in the previous program. If they continue in this way, then you can expect that there will only be money for natural graphite processing, thereby excluding Hazer again. If Hazer is excluded then we can be confident that these have not been accidents or oversights but rather fully intended by the policy makers concerned.
