To do what they have done and their total downside financially is $15k is just tragic and a insult to every shareholder in any ASX company. If there is no big stick it will be a free for all or should I say it will continue to be a free for all and shareholders will be vulnerable. These sort of rulings devalue every small company on ASX as there is simply no enforcement and suitable penalties IMO. Sorry to see such a sad end after all the work people put in. Only shining light is that there was a conviction and fine so they have history now.. Small constellation prize ( yeah I left that one go past spellcheck) . I can only hope Karma catches up with all involved and god guys get a break in their lives and the bad ones get hammered in some part of their life. .
