Bigger issue is the lies they made to ASIC about their collaboration. They are both cooked. As for what Tekvest, this is the same bloke who was touting the make believe class action. Don’t believe a word he says. GLA are not going into this unless they have a proven case against price. Compensation to GLA will be in the millions.
