The Fededal Court has only just approved the 50.4M settlement for the Stolen Generation class action. This was externally funded so the contingency will go to the funder. I would imgaine that SHJ has already received most of the cash it is entitled to as fees for service under its funding agreement so I wouldnt think the announcement is material, bit is nice to know. There will probably be some sort of final payment to SHJ to round things off for attendance etc.
