"The Sundance Directors believe that in the absence of a superior proposal, the Scheme is in the best interests of Sundance shareholders and unanimously recommend that Sundance shareholders vote in favour of the Scheme. The
Directors also intend to cause any Sundance shares held or controlled by them to be voted in favour of the Scheme. Furthermore, the Independent Expert, Ernst & Young, has concluded that the Scheme is in the best interests of Sundance shareholders in the absence of a superior proposal."

Quite a poignant paragraph. I know there was some holding out for the expert report to be negative, this should put that argument to bed.
