IMO I guess mediation is the best option for AGS re the NTA as if it went to trial and they won which is likely they still have to negotiate the NTA.The mediation will I would think also involve mediation over distribution of costs?
Hard to see mediation occuring in the Deceptive conduct action.Its either they did or they didnt. If H/Q go down the the legal route and sense they may lose then they either make a takeover offer or risk the legal outcome.
There are also other issues regarding U sales, do ASG have the right to sell their 25% or not. To many issues to see these JV partners working together.
I guess H/Q have dropped their action against the Mining Registar regarding the 2nd NTA?
