it might take a lot of searching to find a precedent of an offer of ten times current share price...but we have the issue of unknown resource size! why,yesterday, did we have an escalating buy of 130k shares up to 18.5c to, in five seconds, have 27k sold at 17c. i have faith in what i can see of management decisions and have bought more at 16c, less than my original investment at 22c some years ago.
