Given the significance of the court proceedings in finally bringing the PEP11 decision process to a conclusion, should not the company released an announcement today or a trading halt until such an announcement was made. We currently have the stock price materially moving about ( in a negative direction of course) based on individual interpretations of what todays release from the court may or may not mean. From my perspective a further delay is frustrating but without comment from the company it is hard to know whether today was a routine outcome, a setback or a positive for the company.
