I dont understand why everyone is disappointed with todays outcome.

We have got back into court. We are not sitting on the sidelines waiting and watching. The court case takes time... but it wont be as long as 18 months (so far) - waiting for the JA to make a decision. At the end of THIS court case - the judge (hopefully) will order a time frame to make a decision. This is what we need and are in court for. The judge has not 'dismissed' our application saying I have no jurisdiction - Go back and wait it out for with the JA!

AND by any luck - maybe the JA will make an agreement with Asset to make a decision in a certain time before heading into the hearing in Oct.
